Escend Blades electrifies the rollerblade inline skates that many grew up with, and a on single charge, you can expect up to 9-miles of use, perfect for running errands or a morning stroll in the park. At just 8.3-pounds each, each blade boasts two 105mm aluminum rims wrapped in silicon-based wheels, complete with a fast swap lithium batter, all powered by a 400W rear hub motor.



A wireless remote lets you control both blades simultaneously, whether it be accelerating or stopping on a dime. There are three modes available: ECO, Commute and Turbo. We’re assuming that only the latter lets you hit a top speed of 16 mph up inclines as stepp as 20°. Users can select their own boots, or use the company’s own Doop Boots.
