If Rockstar made a Grand Theft Auto 3 SEGA Dreamcast port, it would definitely look like this fan-made teaser by SHIRO. Why? This port actually took years of reverse engineering the original source code, before it was implemented into homebrew SDK for the Dreamcast, called KallistiOS.
This means that all of the in-game graphic and sound assets are sourced directly from the user-sourced PC copy of the game. However, there are a few more steps to create a Dreamcast-bootable image of the game that actually works on original hardware.
