Unveiled at N Day 2024, the Hyundai RN24 concept shows the future of performance EVs. It’s based on the IONIQ 5 N’s E-GMP platform, or dual-motor setup generating 641 hp, and comes equipped with an 84 kWh battery pack.
Suspension wise, it boasts a newly designed WRC-style setup consisting of rally-spec dampers, high-rigidity subframes, and a WRC Powertrain Drive Control Logic system. The latter enables drivers to adjust PE Power, Acceleration Sensitivity, Regenerative Brake Sensitivity, and PE Power Balance using steering wheel buttons. One surprising feature is its external high-output sound system, with two side speakers in addition to IONIQ 5 N’s N Active Sound+ setup.
