Created by automotive designer Mason Watson, the Mission-X is fully electric and measures 4,415 mm (173.8 in) in length, 1,995 mm (78.5 in) in width and stands just 1,517 mm (59.7 in) tall. The exterior panels are completely removable, enabling it to better adapt itself to its surroundings as well as for repairs.
As far as aesthetics are concerned, let’s just say we’ve seen better-looking Porsche vehicles out on the road, both real and conceptually. The Mission-X has a very straight-forward, yet futuristic, design that is more utilitarian than fashionable while still being somewhat contemporary. Unfortunately, Porsche does not seem to have any NASA contracts in the works, or at least for now.
