Inventor James Bruton’s Mobius Strip Tank has received a few upgrades since the first time you’ve seen it, most notably a single track design that can now bend for turns. This was achieved by adding a a central point on the tank where two linear actuators work together to enable the vehicle to bend.
If you really want to get technical, this isn’t a true Mobius strip, as it has two twists rather than a single twist where the ends are joined together. Take a second look, and you’ll see that the second twist isn’t really one at all since it turns 90° in one direction and then back the other, whereas the Mobius strip bends a full 180°.
