You’ve probably seen the Jetson ONE eVTOL flying around a forested area that looks to be straight from Endor in the Star Wars universe, but a new video shows exactly how it takes off. Weighing just under 190-pounds, it boasts an ultra lightweight aluminum space frame and carbon-kevlar body, powered by eight electric motors that enable it to achieve at top speed of 63 mph. When you’re done flying, the Jetson ONE can be folded to just 90cm in wide in mere seconds, making it the perfect size for many pickups or trailers. Even with it being priced at $92,000 USD, all of the company’s 2022 allocations have been sold, so anyone interested in 2023 models should place a $22,000 deposit now.
