Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss Spotted Filming Scenes for The Matrix 4

Set for release in theaters on May 21, 2021, the long-awaited The Matrix 4 has Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss reprising their roles in the film. It will be a joint production by Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow and is currently filming in Oakland, California. The two actors were spotted in the streets at night riding on a Ducati Scrambler motorcycle.

The film started production under the code name “Project Ice Cream” and filming began in San Francisco on February 4, 2020, with scenes also set to take place at Babelsberg Studio in Germany as well as in Chicago. John Toll was hired as cinematographer and it’s rumored that Yahya Abdul-Mateen II was cast as a young Morpheus, while Neil Patrick Harris was added in an undisclosed role.
