Lay’s potato chips (Walkers Crisps in the UK) are famous worldwide, and the company wanted to tackle one of the biggest problems that their fans have experienced…dusty, oily fingers. So, they came up with a clever finger cleaner that looks like a miniature washing machine of sorts. Simply turn the machine on, put the finger(s) in, and it’s ready to clean.
The cleaning process involves spraying atomized alcohol when a finger is detected, which can be easily refilled at the bottom of the machine. Best of all, you won’t need any batteries, just use the included USB-C charging cord to power it up when not in use. One caveat: only five machines are being made, and all of them will be given away. If you have the Hunger Hammer Pringles Self-Sustaining Gamer Prototype, a finger cleaner wouldn’t even be needed, as it feeds you chips hands-free.
