The Mercedes-Benz X-Class may have ended production due to low sales, but this particular X350d was transformed into a one-off, 6-wheeled pickup truck by Classic Youngtimers. Featuring a custom-built subframe that makes room for a third axle, seating room for our passengers as well as the driver, and the ability to go just about anywhere. Unfortunately, it has already been sold.

It’s powered by a 3.0L turbo-V6 diesel engine generating 255 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission. Other modifications include lifting the cab by 10cm to accommodate the custom alloy wheels wrapped in massive off-road tires, a Mercedes GTR front grille, extreme fender flares and door protectors.

The Mercedes-Benz X 350d basically is a luxurious pick-up truck. However, giving it one axle and two wheels extra, makes this car complete madness. In particular on rough roads and unpathed paths the X Class 6 Wheeler is insane. Insanely good,” said Classic Youngtimers.
