Microsoft officially unveiled today the new Surface Pro 6, which now comes in a matte black finish with Intel’s 8th-generation quad-core processors and improved cooling, making it 67% faster than its predecessor. This 1.3-pound hybrid device is good for 13.5 hours of use when the battery is fully charged, and features a 12.3-inch display as well as up to 16GB of RAM. “Unfortunately, the Surface Pro 6 will include the same connectivity and external design as the existing model, which means there are still no USB-C ports. Microsoft says the Surface Pro 6 will start at $899 with an Intel Core i5 processor, and will be available on October 16th,” reports The Verge
