Milan Red Hypercar

Austria-based Milan Automotive aims to break onto the hypercar scene with a bang, starting with “Red”, which is powered by a quad-turbocharged 6.2L V8 engine producing 1,306hp and 1,033lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels, mated to a dual-clutch seven-speed automatic transmission. All of this power equates to a 0-62mph time of 2.47-seconds, while topping out at 249mph. Continue reading for more pictures and information.

“The Milan Red is 4,741mm (186,7in) long, 1,197mm (47.1in) tall and 2,156mm (85in) wide, with a wheelbase of 2,750mm (108.3in). It has a curb weight of 1,300kg (2,866lbs), a carbon fiber monocoque and carbon fiber-made panels. The rear wing acts as an air brake and stopping power is provided by the carbon ceramic brakes made by Brembo, 390mm (15.4in) front and 380mm (15in) rear, with 6 and 4 piston calipers, respectively. Milan will only make 99 units of the hypercar, and 18 have already been spoken for, despite the pricing that’s believed to start at some €2 million locally ($2.33 million),” according to Car Scoops.
