Saudi Arabia’s NEOM has been quite busy this year, and their latest project, Jaumur, is definitely not lacking in imagination. It’s claimed to be the largest cosmopolitan luxury community set on the coast of Gulf of Aqaba, and will feature Blade Runner-inspired buildings, or so we’d like to think.
This 6,000 resident community is master planned around a marinam embedded into the varied topography of the Gulf of Aqaba coast, and features 500 marina apartments as well as nearly 700 luxury villas. There will also be two destination hotels within Jaumur offering 350 luxurious rooms and suites. Architects hope the marina promenade will be a place filled with entertainment, leisure and cultural experiences, complete with year-round arts events as well as signature retail stores and world-class dining options.
