After taking home the F1 World Drivers’ Championship in 2016 with Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport, it’s only fitting that Nico Rosberg take delivery of his custom $2.72 million Mercedes-AMG ONE hypercar in front of his fans on YouTube. This example is just one of 275 made in the world and its 1.6-litre V6 full hybrid powertrain was inspired by his F1 car at the time.
More specifically, the hypercar is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged V6 engine with four electric motors that generate a combined 1,063 hp, mated to a 7-speed automated manual gearbox, enabling it to hit 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds. As for suspension, it features a five-link aluminum coil-over design with transverse adjustable push-rod spring struts, as well as the hydraulic AMG carbon-fiber ceramic high-performance composite brake system.

What a driving style. Relaxed doing his hair, laughing joking and clapping his hands. [That is] the difference between us normal mortals and F1 Drivers. Plus Nico really is a pleasure to watch,” said one fan.
