NVIDIA RTX A2000 GPU Graphics Card
Unveiled at SIGGRAPH 2021 today, the NVIDIA RTX A2000 is now the company’s most-powerful, low-profile, dual-slot GPU for 3D creators. The desktop variant of the RTX A2000 ships in October, while the laptop GPU arrives today in varous laptops, including the Lenovo ThinkPad P17 Gen 2. Simply put, the RTX A2000 is designed for everyday workflows to help professionals develop photorealistic renderings, build physically accurate simulations and use AI-accelerated tools. The GPU features 6GB of memory capacity with error correction code (ECC) to maintain data integrity for uncompromising computing accuracy and reliability. Second-generation RT cores allow for real-time ray tracing for all professional workflows and up to 5x the rendering performance compared to previous generation cards. No pricing has been announced yet, but it’s expected to retail at around $450 USD.
