Disney+ just dropped the official trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi and it gives us a glimpse at Darth Vader. Put simply, we see how the Empire portrayed Kenobi’s “crime” to the public, which in the poster reveals “Offense – High Treason; Bounty – Upon Capture”. They want the exiled Jedi returned, including by his old friend Darth Vader himself.
Obi-Wan Kenobi is set to premier on May 27, 2022 and run for six episodes, which concludes on June 22. This series takes place 10-years after the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005), and involves Obi-Wan Kenobi watching over Luke Skywalker on Tatooine when he finds himself embarking on a “rollicking adventure”.
