An official LEGO Game Boy set was recently teased, and it’s supposedly launching on October 1, priced at $59.99 USD. No other information was provided, but from what we can tell, it will most certainly have functional buttons and a D-pad.
The set should have 421 pieces, making it a relatively simple build, or at least compared to the 2,646 LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System. What we don’t know is if it will contain at least one game cartridge, possibly Tetris. If the latter were to be true, then it would make sense to include several cartridges like Super Mario Land, Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, and a few other classics.
