Catamarans are nothing new or special, that is unless…you’re talking about Pagurus, the first one to not only be solar-powered, but with amphibious capabilities as well. Designed by Italy-based firm Pierpaolo Lazzarini, the living area is split into two side hulls jointed together by a bridge tower deck station, with each consisting of 2-3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and bathroom. It’s powered by dual stern drive propellers, paired with twin 890hp diesel engines, enabling it to hit a top speed of 24 knots.

The magic really happens when Pagurus hits land, as that’s when its rotating cylinders lower, thus turning it into an amphibious vehicle that can easily traverse sand dunes or trails. There’s even a parking lift of sorts in the middle that appears to be large enough to hold a Tesla Cybertruck, thanks its crane platform connected to 4 electric winches. How much will one of these cost you? A cool $29.4-million USD.
