Food Cut Into Cubes

Amsterdam-based design studio Lernert & Sander decided to photograph of 98 different types of raw foods – unprocessed fruits, vegetables, and protein – into identical 2.5 centimeter cubes. If you haven’t guessed them already, the perfectly-arranged grid includes fruits like kiwifruit, watermelon, as well as lettuce alongside salmon and tuna. All of their original colors and characteristics were left untouched, making them easily identifiable despite being cropped to a much smaller size. Continue reading for more pictures.
