Always wanted to print your own t-shirts on the go? PrintBrush XDR should do the trick. Created by Stockholm-based PrintDreams, this portable inkjet printer can print onto just about any flat surface when connected to a smartphone via an app over WiFi. You can use the app to create full color graphics, which are then transmitted to the PrintBrush device. If your having problems connecting over WiFi, a USB cable enables you to transfer data.
Printing begins as you drag the device across the flat surface and going either from left-to-right or right-to-left. It uses an optical sensor and an inertial measurement unit to determine the direction as well as speed of movement before printing the graphics so they are properly oriented. The printer is powered by an 11.1-volt lithium-polymer battery, which is good for 4,000 prints per charge. A single ink cartridge lasts for around 5,000 half-inch by 4-inch swaths.
