
Unveiled at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Red Bull RB17 hypercar will be limited to just 50 units worldwide and features a two-seat carbon fibre monocoque chassis that weighs under 2,000 pounds. This track-only vehicle could possibly be turned into a street-legal daily driver with a conversion kit in the near future.
Power comes from a hybrid drivetrain consisting of a naturally-aspirated 4.5L Cosworth V10 engine and a single electric motor that generate a combined 1,184 hp, mated to an automatic transmission. Handling wise, it boasts an F1-style adjustable pushrod suspension, carbon brakes, and Michelin tires developed exclusively developed for the RB17. Availability has not yet been announced, but it’s rumored to be priced from around $6.4-million USD.
