Robot Pig Swimming Pigs Bahamas
Researchers use the Husky UGV to spy on penguins in Antarctica, while John Downer Productions employed this robot pig to infiltrate that swimming pigs of the Bahamas for David Tennant’s BBC/PBS series Spy in the Ocean. Why are there pigs here? Well, legend has it that they swam to the island from a nearby shipwreck.

Today, their primary purpose is to attract tourists, and each year, they attract at least 7-million people from around the world. Their popularity has also led to conservation efforts to preserve their natural habitat and ensure their well-being. The footage collected by the robot pig will help contribute to those efforts.
