Rumors are pointing towards a Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim smartphone being released in mid-2025. It should have a 6.7” Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 200MP main camera with an ISOCELL HP2 sensor, and a far thinner frame than the standard S25 models.
Other features may include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and possibly a 4,900mAh battery. We expect Samsung to announce the S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra in January 2025 at Unpacked, with the S25 Slim to be unveiled at its own dedicated event. There’s no word yet on pricing, but it should be slotted between the S25 and S25 Plus.
