Other features on this 8-ounce device include a 480 x 320 screen, a 200MHz Intel XScale PXA263 ARM CPU, 32MB of RAM, 16MB of ROM, a 1.3MP camera, a miniature QWERTY keypad, and a rechargeable lithium battery good for over 3-hours of continuous use.
