Super Mario RTX Fan Game Unreal Engine 5
You’ve seen Super Mario 64 with full ray-tracing, now check out Super Mario RTX, a fan project made in Unreal Engine 5 that shows what the legendary Nintendo character could look like on next-gen consoles. Unfortunately (or fortunately), this will not be released as a demo, mainly because Nintendo has been known to take down such projects if they ever become more than just a gameplay trailer.

The original Super Mario Bros. will be celebrating its 37th anniversary soon (Sep. 13), and not only is it one of the greatest video games of all time, but also one of the best selling as well, with over 50-million copies sold worldwide. Super Mario Bros. was actually one of the key factors, alongside the NES console, that saved the video game industry after the 1983 crash where there was waning interest in console games in favor of personal computers.
