Both the front hubs and rear axles needed to be modified to accommodate the new parts, but in the end, everything worked our, although the tracks aren’t exactly secure enough for long rides. If you’re technically inclined and already have a shifter kart, this might be a project worthy of your time, but for everyone else, stick with a used snowmobile.

For the kart, though… I can’t help but think you need to add side plates to the tracks. One that stop about halfway down the bottom wheels, so that they can’t touch the ground on hard packed snow, but which encompass all the way up to the top wheel. (same triangle, but with less ‘dangle’ on the bottom heh),” said one commenter.
