Most vehicles on the road should avoid large puddles when possible, but if you’re driving a Tesla Cybertruck, simply activate Wade Mode, and you’re ready to roll. Once activated in Off-Road Mode, it takes around 10-minutes for the Cybertruck to pressurize the battery as well as raising the suspension up to the highest setting.
TechRax tested this mode out so you won’t have to, as any damaged sustained while driving through up to 31-inches of water is not covered by the factory warranty. Plus, Tesla says that water should not exceed the top of the bumper. Let’s just say that driving through a very deep puddle may cause some electronics, like buttons, to malfunction.
