It may look like a movie or television show stunt scene at first, but this is a real person trying to escape from a hanging car that’s dangling by a thread off a parking garage. This man from Austin, Texas apparently reversed off a nine-story parking garage by putting his vehicle into the wrong gear. Fortunately, one of the cables wrapped around the vehicle’s front axle preventing it from falling further. Continue reading to see a video of the car from another angle.
“It turned out that the cable was well enough secured to support the vehicle until the firefighters arrived. The SUV was then slowly and safely lowered to the ground, which meant that the incident ended without anybody getting hurt,” reports Auto Evolution.
