At first glance, this may look like something from the TRON universe, but it’s just the Thundertruck. An electric 4×4 pickup truck that has integrated solar panels in a “Bat Wing Awning”. When activated, these panels open up above the truck to charge the vehicle and power accessories, such as a built-in induction stove.
Power comes from a dual motor system that produces a combined 800 hp with 800 lb-ft of torque, enabling the hefty 6,120-pound vehicle to hit 60 mph in a mere 3.5 seconds. It boasts a towing capacity of 7,500 pounds and has a 400-mile driving range on a single charge. Need even more range? Simply install the TT Range Extender to transform the Thundertruck into a 6×6 off-road beast. There’s no word yet on pricing or availability.
