Unicat Terracross Expedition Vehicle

For those seeking the ultimate survival home at any cost, UNICAT’s TerraCross is just for you. At $700,000 (optioned out), it’s powered by a 5.6L 6-cylinder diesel engine that produces 310hp and a massive 950lb-ft of torque. It fits four persons in the front of the cabin, which can easily be converted into a bed, while the rear is occupied by a larger, double bed. The solar-powered TerraCross also comes equipped with a kitchen area that includes a sink, refrigerator, stove and microwave oven. Also included is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and stand-up shower. To keep things safe, the vehicle’s entrance and fiberglass composite storage doors are nearly two and a half inches thick and feature three stainless steel locks. Plus, the windows are scratch-proof, double locked and sealed, and also include bug nets and shutters. Unicat Americas CEO Avi Meyers says it can fit enough supplies to last a family for 2-3 months, thanks to a desalinization unit, which allows the vehicle to convert water from nearly any source into drinking water.
