Most city cars just aren’t practical, whether it be a SMART or Fiat 500, they just seem to lag behind vehicles like the Tesla Model 3. Meet the Volvo PV by automotive designer Rashid Tagirov. This electric car is fully-autonomous and designed to drive itself around the city, complete with an adaptable seating position. Simply put, the passenger can choose to either stand for shorter distances or recline on longer journeys.
What’s even cooler is that the headrests are connected directly to the tail-lights, so depending on the chosen mode, the exterior will also shape-shift along with the interior. Unfortunately, there’s no details yet on what kind of range you could expect nor the batteries powering this tiny vehicle, but we’ll keep you posted if Volvo should make this a reality.
