The fan favorite Wave Race 64, which first arrived on the Nintendo 64 back in 1996, is hitting Nintendo Switch Online this coming Friday. Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members will be able to enjoy this fluid racing game as they remember it, complete with four watercraft racers and nine challenging courses that take you to different locales.
You’ll be able to compete in four different modes: Championship, Time Trials, Stunt, and 2P VS. Unlike other watercraft racing games, Wave Race 64’s course conditions change with the weather such as choppy waters in inclement weather or reducing visibility with fog. One thing you probably won’t ever see on Nintendo Switch Online is this version of GoldenEye 007 recreated in Far Cry 5.
