The WD Elements drive is formatted NTFS and compatible with Windows 10+ systems, but can be reformatted for Mac in minutes. Just a note for those planning on using it with their PlayStation 4, as the console is stated to work with 8TB drives maximum, you’ll only be able to use that much storage on on this 18TB drive. Back in 1994, people could only dream about drives with this much capacity, since a $1998 Packard Bell computer only had a 720MB hard drive.
