We have seen the future of flying cars, and it definitely includes the XPENG AEROHT X2. This flying car successfully completed a low-altitude voyage over Guangzhou City on March 8th using a route suitable for both urban air transportation as well as sightseeing.
The X2 is best suited for urban transport, thanks to its 35-minute flight time and top speed of of 81mph (130km/h). It also comes equipped with autonomous flight path planning technology that leverages multiple sensors, enabling the X2 to monitor the ground, return to base, and offer 100km of two-way real-time communication. There’s no word yet on if the company plans to offer the X2 for public sale.
