2020 Toyota Supra

New information about the 2020 Toyota Supra has leaked ahead of the 2019 North American International in Detroit, and so far, we know that it will be offered in three different trims: Base 3.0 six cylinder ($49,990), Premium 3.0 six cylinder ($53,990) and a Launch edition 3.0 six cylinder: ($55,250). The power numbers have not yet been confirmed, but Supra chief engineer Tetsuya Tada states that the car will be powered by a BMW-sourced engine, most likely from the BMW Z4 M40i, which generates 382 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to go from 0-60 mph in just 4.4 seconds. “We can also expect adaptive dampers and an electric limited slip rear differential. The model is also slated to have a 50/50 weight distribution and a body that is nearly as rigid as the Lexus LFA. Behind the muscular haunches is a sporty rear end which has a prominent spoiler and slender taillights. We can also see an aggressive rear bumper with an integrated diffuser and an F1-inspired central brake light,” said Car Scoops.
