You’ve probably played a Jurassic Park game on the SNES, SEGA Genesis, etc., but what if one were made today in Unreal Engine 5? It would most certainly include next-generation graphics fit for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S | X and modern gaming PCs.
Sure, there is already Jurassic World Evolution 2 on the PS4 / PS5, but that game is more of a world building title with control and management tools, more so than a first-person shooter like this one. It appears that the player can drive around in a pickup truck and step out to battle it out with a variety of dinosaurs, the infamous Tyrannosaurus rex included.

Now one of the most famous Jurassic Park games released in the 90s was Ocean Software’s title based on the 1990 novel and 1993 film. Players controlled Dr. Alan Grant, a paleontologist who has become trapped at Jurassic Park, and the game’s exterior section can be viewed from a top-down perspective, but shifts to a first-person view whenever the player enters a building. It was praised for its three-dimensional perspectives, the use of stereo sound, and its adventure gameplay.
