Apple’s environmental VP, Lisa Jackson, announced earlier this year that the company will no longer sell leather cases and straps because of their significant carbon footprint. Luxury accessory maker Caviar changes that with their new line of Hermes leather FineWoven iPhone 15 cases, which are priced from just over $2,000 USD.
Caviar has covered the exterior of an original FineWoven case with Hermes Epsom leather in iconic orange color – also offered in Fine Blue and Fine Brown colors. This natural leather from the legendary brand is resistant to damage and also offered for iPhone 14 Pro ($2,060) / Pro Max ($2,130) models.
