Apple iPhone 15 Pro iPhone 15 Pro Max Drop Test Titanium
Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are now available in stores, but many are wondering just how durable its titanium chassis really is. Well, wonder no more, as Filip Koroy of EverythingApplePro (EAP), put two brand new handsets through several drop tests.

As you can see in the tests, both handsets would most certainly fare better in protective cases, as titanium is stronger, but transfers a lot more kinetic energy from impacts to the glass. The result is a shattered back glass plate, and just for the record, Apple charges $169 and $199 USD respectively for replacements. That might sound quite pricey, but compared to the $499 and $549 for its predecessor, the new back glass replacement is definitely a far better deal. Fortunately, the cameras for both handsets appear to be just fine after the drop tests.
