An auto enthusiast teamed up with Mad Dog Racing in South Africa to create what could quite possibly be the world’s first E92 BMW M3 pickup truck. It’s powered by a supercharged 4L V8 engine that churns out at least 100 additional horsepower on top of the factory 420-horsepower. No word yet on if they plan to build a new M4 pickup truck, or at least in the near future. Continue reading for more pictures and information.
“Mad Dog Racing also claims that the finished car is rigid enough to be used as a proper pickup truck, without giving us more details. Certainly chopping the roof off a two-door coupe will always make things a bit flexy-er but that thick B-Pillar should help things remain under control,” reports Car Scoops.
