Porsche Light Painting Desert Drone
Photographer Baber Afzal recently shot a series, titled “Reflections of Passion,” for Porsche Middle East, and it involved drones. That’s right, his team took a few Porsche Panamera vehicles to the desert and then used light-equipped drones to create some incredible shots to say the least. He wanted to create a sense of order in natural chaos, while reflecting the stunning lines of the Porsche Panamera as well.

Nokia Luna Net High-Speed Internet Moon

With NASA’s upcoming Artemis missions, it would make sense to install a high-speed internet network of sorts on the Moon for astronauts to use, and that’s where the Nokia Luna Net comes in. It consists of the main unit, lander, and three smaller nodes. When fully deployed the main unit as well as smaller nodes form a mesh communication network fully autonomously, powered by thermo-generators capable of generating electricity in extreme temperatures.

Tsar Bomba Hydrogen Bomb Blast Footage
Russia has declassified footage of the world’s largest nuclear explosion, or to be more specific, when the former Soviet Union detonated “Tsar Bomba” nearly 60 years ago. This hydrogen bomb carried the force of 50 million tons of conventional explosives and was detonated in a test on October 30, 1961 over the remote Novaya Zemlya archipelago above the Arctic Circle. The rarely seen footage depicts a massive fireball and a 60-km high mushroom cloud rising after the explosion, captured from several angles by cameras installed on the ground as well as on board two Soviet aircraft.

NASA Juno Jupiter Largest Moon Ganymede
Ganymede is the largest known moon in our solar system and the only one with its own magnetic field, which causes auroras, or ribbons of glowing, electrified gas, in regions circling its poles. NASA’s Juno will come within 645 miles (1,038 kilometers) of the surface of Ganymede on Monday, June 7, at 1:35 p.m. EDT, and this flyby will be the closest a spacecraft has come to the solar system’s largest natural satellite since Galileo made a close approach back on May 20, 2000.

Nintendo 64 GoldenEye 007 Remake Far Cry 5

Ubisoft’s Far Cry 5 may be light years ahead of Nintendo 64’s GoldenEye 007 in terms of graphics power, but what if you remade the latter using the former’s map editor? It would turn out like this remake by Krollywood, who spent about 1,400 hours over 3-years on the project, complete with every level from the original except for two bonus stages. Since the Far Cry 5 map editor has assets from Assassin’s Creed and Watch Dogs, the possibilities are endless.

Honda Ridgeline EV Halo Infinite

With Ford, Rivian, and Tesla all joining in on the electric pickup race, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see an offering from Honda in the way of their Ridgeline model. Instead of its typical unibody frame, a transverse-mounted engine, and crew-cab short-box configuration with one powertrain, this futuristic concept by Industrial Light & Magic designer Rene Garcia would be all-electric, complete with an extendable bed.

World's Largest Doomsday Bunker Community
Nestled in Fall River county near the Black Hills in South Dakota is Vivos xPoint, the world’s largest doomsday survival community comprised of individual bunkers for 575 families and a total population of 5,000. Simply put, the company converted an old army munitions depot used between 1942-1967 into this community of concrete bunkers that can endure a 500,000-pound internal blast. Residents get their fresh water from two wells, stored in reinforced concrete tanks.
