All of British Airways’ Concorde fleet have been grounded, drained of hydraulic fluid and their airworthiness certificates withdrawn. In 2004, Jock Lowe, ex-chief Concorde pilot and manager of the fleet, estimated that it would have cost the company between $14–21 million USD to make the Concorde airworthy again. Unfortunately, the company stated that they will not fly the aircraft again due to a lack of support from Airbus.
