Set to be officially revealed on September 5th, at least one person has allegedly managed to get their hands on the DJI Neo. This ultra compact drone reportedly sports a 4K camera with a 1/2-inch sensor and a single-axis gimbal for ultra smooth footage.
There’s no test footage available online (that we know of), so the 4K claim can’t be verified just yet. However, YouTuber Nicola Cortellucci says the drone will retail for just โฌ199 in Europe, or around $220 USD. However, that might be a typo, as another leak has the price pegged at $299 USD. Other rumored features include 22GB of internal storage, quickshot photo / video modes, voice control, RC-N3 controller compatibility, AI tracking algorithms, level 4 wind resistance, and an 18-minute flight time on a single charge.
