Switzerland-based WayRay’s Holograktor shows what the future of autonomous ride hailing vehicles could be like, and it’s touted as the first to integrate holographic 3D augmented reality technology. In other words, this vehicle has the ability to render information in real-time around the car, whether it be traffic, weather, etc. This could also open up a way for companies to advertise as well, cutting down ride sharing costs in the process.
The holographic windscreen enables three-dimensional images to be added to the real world, while the system in the rear is located in a shrimp-like device on the roof. As for the powertrain, nothing has been revealed yet, but we do know that it can hit 62 mph in a mere 3.9-seconds and top out at 125 mph. On a full charge, you can expect a 372-mile driving range.

If you have those early Soviet posters in mind, you can see those brightly colored geometric shapes of triangles and blocks. Coincidentally, the triangular form is reminiscent of a prism, like Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon album cover. It’s hard not to love any car that cites both The Floyd and Soviet agitprop as its major influences,” said Sasha Selipanov, Holograktor’s Russia-born designer.
