For those who are interested in purchasing a foldable Motorola RAZR mobile phone in early 2020, here’s a first look at the device’s packaging. Unfortunately, if you’re in the US, you’ll only be able to pre-order for $1,499.99 through Verizon Wireless starting Dec. 26. Just to recap, the handset features a 6.2 inches (21:9) HD (2142 x 876) pOLED display, a secondary 2.7 inches (4:3) OLED (600 x 800) display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, a 16MP main camera, 5MP front-facing camera, and a 2,510mAh battery. This new RAZR draws inspiration from its predecessor, as in it’s basically a flip phone with a small exterior screen that shows the time and notifications. Both new and old RAZRS boast a super-slim form factor with large chins. However, the new RAZR uses that chin as a fingerprint sensor. For now, the handset will only be offered in a smoky black color, but we wouldn’t be surprised with a few special edition colors in the near future.
