The single-player campaign has players assuming the role of British Secret Intelligence Service agent James Bond as he fights to prevent a criminal syndicate from using a satellite weapon against London to cause a global financial meltdown. However, the game is best known for its split-screen multiplayer mode where up to four players can compete in different types of deathmatches. This first look is of the ‘Silo’ mission, one of the game’s first, and the feel so far has remained true to its classic counterpart. The remake is powered by Unreal Engine 4 and will be a free game set for release on the PC. One caveat: you’ll have to wait until at least 2022 to get your hands on a finished version, that is unless…the development team receives a C&D letter far before that time.
