You’ve seen Hacksmith’s 4500-degree strontium plasma lightsaber, now check out their mini lightsabers that took 3-years of development to complete. It all started with a crowdfunding campaign that quickly sold out, and as of today, all 8,500 pre-ordered units have shipped, but now, they have the funds to build a next-generation lightsaber using liquid oxygen.
The Mini-Saber features an full-metal design, a gas tank 3 times larger than its predecessor, and has an adjustable flame that can reach a height of 6-inches. It can run for around 15-minutes on just 3 grams of butane, while a heat break just above the handle ensures that it doesn’t get too hot. There are 26 total components with just 8 screws securely holding everything together. How much does it cost? A cool $199.99 USD with a Pro Tech Toolkit.
