The Hacksmith team built a video game-inspired bionic hand for YouTuber Jesse from Portugal, based on the PSYONIC Ability Hand. More specifically, a bionic hand inspired by the one seen in Naraka Bladepoint.
Naraka Bladepoint is basically a battle royale game by NetEase Games Montreal where up to 60 players duke it out to be the last one standing. Unlike other battle royale games, this one incorporates martial arts-inspired melee combat and features a rock-paper-scissors combat system. For this bionic hand, Hacksmith partnered with its developers 24 Entertainment and then started repainting the prosthetic. After lots of gluing, sanding, painting, and 3D printing, the end result is a bionic hand that looks to be straight from the video game.
