Its creator, a security researcher known as MG, says the newest cables are now capable of geofencing, which basically means that a user can trigger or block the device’s payloads based on the physical location of the cable. The company also makes Type C cables, expanding its hacking capabilities to tablets as well as being able to change keyboard mappings or forging the identity of specific USB devices.
