The Hopium Machina Vision debuted at the Paris Motor Show earlier this week, and it’s touted as the world’s first hydrogen-powered sedan. Its fuel is stored in cylindrical containers that span the floor and central tunnel of the car. These store hydrogen at 700 bar and can be refilled in a mere 3-minutes, while fuel cells transport the electricity to compact batteries which run the Machina’s electric motors.

The motors produce 493 hp, which enable the Hopium Machina Vision EV to hit 62 mph in under 5-seconds. Inside, you’ll find a Felix Godart-designed interior with a rising screen that wraps around the dashboard and is hidden behind the trim when not in use. There’s no word yet on availability, but it’s expected to be priced from $118,330 USD. On a full charge, the small batteries are good for up to 620-miles of range. This would look perfect in your garage alongside the hydrogen-powered Hyundai Vision FK.
