Irvine Police Department Terminator Tesla Cybertruck Video
Following in the footsteps of the Dubai Police Force, the Irvine Police Department has also added a Tesla Cybertruck to their fleet, but with a Terminator-inspired look. However, this electric pickup truck won’t be used for crime fighting, but rather to support their Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program and community outreach efforts.

Now the biggest question is how much did all this cost? Well, the truck, along with its aftermarket modifications, reportedly cost the department more than $150,000 USD. For comparison purposes, a similarly outfitted Ford Police Interceptor patrol car sets the department back roughly $116,000. The Irvine Police Department estimates that the department will be able to save approximately $6,000 in gas over five years.
