Just like the WaterCar H1 Panther, this tuned JCB Fastrac Two is more than meets the eye. It’s the world’s fastest tractor after hitting 153.711 mph and averaging 135.191 mph during a recent run at Elvington Airfield in York with former motorcycle racer Guy Martin behind the wheel.
Power comes from a modified JCB 672 6-cylinder engine that makes over 1,016hp and 1,843 lb-ft of torque, thanks to a hybrid boost system with a 350% increase in airflow using a larger turbo as well as an electrically driven supercharger. A Guinness World Records representative was present to certify the speed, which means the hard work a team of young engineers in Staffordshire put in was well worth their effort.
- Speed & Range: The Gokart PRO reaches 23 mph and has a 15.5-mile range on one charge.
- Powerful Performance: Features a rear-wheel drive with 4,800W power and 96N torque for quick acceleration.
- Safety First: Built with a high-strength steel frame, supports up to 220 lbs, and includes triple anti-collision protection.

For maximum protection we had to design, manufacture and then get FIA approval for a roll cage on a vehicle that didn’t fit into any conventional FIA category.
We also had to fit several other important safety features: FIA approved roll cage tied into chassis; Double skinned racing fuel tank; Uprated advanced split-type air/hydraulic braking system,” said the company.
